APARTMENT OVERVIEW

The eight Norwich Street Apartments are found within two converted Victorian townhouses which have been recently renovated with new laminate flooring and furniture for a more modern, clean and homely experience. Apartments are available to comfortably accommodate two guests, with each boasting a large bedroom which is well-lit, modern and features a double bed. In addition, some apartments offer a pull-out sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests. The bathrooms are clean and functional, including both a bath and shower with all essentials made readily available. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all of the necessary cutlery and utensils. The living area is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV, and dining table as standard. Please note, there is one apartment with wheelchair access, however, the remaining apartments are only accessible via stairs. There are two parking spaces available for the property – these are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
