Boasting a large modern communal kitchen, the accommodation offers everything you need for a short or long term stay. This Victorian house has 10 en-suite full size rooms with a shared communal kitchen. There is a single or a double bed in each room. Each room has its own private bathroom with a toilet and shower. The property hallways and communal kitchen are shared between guests. Maximum occupancy of each room is 1 person, except for the studio which can sleep 2. Each of the individual room is a separate unit independent of the others. No parties allowed, no pets and no smoking are allowed in the property. All the essentials like towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper are included, as well as shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. There is a TV in each room, heating throughout the whole house, complimentary coffee and tea, iron and ironing board in each of the rooms, as well as a hair dryer. There is a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen in the communal area.

It is in walking distance to the Grafton shopping centre, just 10 minutes’ walk to the city center, 3 minutes’ walk to National Express bus stop and 13 minutes’ walk to the Railway Station.
