King Place, The British Library, Madame Tussauds, ZSL London Zoo, The British Museum are all within walking distance – there you can find rows of individualistic shops, artisanal bakers, fine restaurants, hip bars and pubs, and the edgiest art in London. My personal favourites include Dishoom King’s Cross- a buzzy destination for Indian street food in Bombay-style digs with vintage decor & upscale touches, Alexander The Great – a classic Greek restaurant, and Chai Thali – rustic interiors with life-size murals & a lush menu.
